Its been quite a while since I last went to the beach. I used to do that a lot back then, alone. I guess things have changed now. But its a good thing that yesterday I was fated to sit there with a friend, and there was a lot of things we talked about. Alhamdulillah, did the strong wind just blew away some of the dark clouds within my chest? Or rather it is something else..
Pardon the tone, my late English teacher used to tell me that I have something 'somewhat cold', when I speak or in my compositions. Well, the wind at the beach are cold too. Me and my friend, we talked about some of the difficulties that we are facing at the moment.
After being silent for a while, one of us resumed speaking, "Don't worry, everything is within Allah's knowledge. If this vast ocean infront of us is His knowledge, then ours' is not even a drop of its water." True. I remembered how he used to tell me about his longing to get a daily-paid work. Then after some time, when the chance seemed dimmer suddenly he was offered a job paid on monthly basis. No, Im not saying that we won't get what we want. Allah will definitely answer our du'as, the thing is either He gives us exactly what we asked for, or something better, or He keeps them in the hereafter. Allah knows what is best for us.. If that job, or that thing, or that person is best for us, then Allah will unite us, insya Allah.
Everyone has those kind of stories, and should we look back, there won't be any other conclusion that we can make other than that our own stories are perfect, to our own selves. What we get, the things that we don't, everything was well-planned, and put on their places perfectly. Perhaps all the bad things that we never did was not because we were strong, but rather because we were weak to endure the tests, and Allah does not burden a soul more than it can bear..
See, Allah is so kind. He never left us behind even when we were lost. Will He forsake us now when we are becoming those who believe? Thank you Allah.. =')
