Letters to Khaulah

Salaam.

Its been quite a while, isn't it? In fact its almost 2 years now. Actually I really missed writing and I've been trying to motivate myself to write again. The news that we received today was of a monstrous impact that I can't help but reopen this old blog and say to myself that I must continue writing.

So first things first, here's a few updates of what we've been through for the past 2 years:

• 28 January 2015 - My wife gave birth to our kindhearted little girl, Khaulah Faarisah, whom In Sya Allah will be the Protagonist (xD) of  all of my next posts
• Later that year - offered a house at RPN Bukit Beruang under the National Housing Scheme, where we began to move in earlier this year.
• June 2015 - Bought a car from an expat for our little family.
• Jan 2016 - Move in to our house at Bukit Beruang
• July 2016 - I got transferred to a different unit hence I got more time at the office and in front of my computer tehee.. 
• October 2016 - Alhamdulillah was granted a house at Jerudong under Govt Loan, and moved there later that month

So thats how its been, can't remember the others though. Oh yeah, since we already moved place to Jerudong I'm no longer involved in Kumpulan Belia Ibadurrahman MHBPT nor as the Takmir at the masjid anymore. Last July was IR's third anniversary and I'm very grateful that through IR I came to know quite a number of extraordinarily strong individuals. So right now I'm trying to establish a Muallaf Youth Body under Pusat Dakwah Islamiah. Well you see, getting to know closely to the fellow converts, have sharing sessions with them, learn more about Islam together, and so much more to be done with them together has always been one of my bigger dream. So I guess here's my chance.
